Discovery & Alignment

We meet creators through referrals, open studio sessions, and the readiness test. We're looking for distinct point-of-view, community awareness, and ambition to collaborate.

Collaborative Application

Shortlisted makers complete a guided application with us: vision, prototype snapshots, resourcing gaps, and early milestones. This becomes the first draft of the build brief.

Build Plan Workshop

Our operator panel reviews feasibility, sourcing routes, and unit economics. Together we right-size scope, set launch cadence, and confirm the support stack for the cohort.

Co-Lab Incubation

Cohort founders move through weekly labs covering brand architecture, sourcing, production, marketing, and distribution. We prototype, cost, and campaign alongside them through launch and iteration.
